Does it seem like women havent changed since the 50's?

or is it just the extremely girly girls i keep seeing that wear a layer of makeup an inch think, wear nothing but dresses and heels, only care about their hair and clothes, wont shut up about their boyfriend, are obsessed with any guy who can pretend to play a guitar(or at least play a few chords), dont have a job and just stay home and clean and cook, and ask me if im lesbian because im the exact opposite( i especially hate that)
