Am I being sentenced to prison?

I received a letter from the U.S. customs, stating that my package containing pirated DVDs in the appraised domestic value of $1400, and will be seized and forfeited. It said I could file a claim and a bond in the amount of $250, and I suppose that either way my case is going to be submitted to federal court. So, do I have to go to court, and am I going to jail?
