I NEED ACNE HELP! PLEASE, URGENT!!!!!?

I can't get my acne under control. My doctor took me off my antibiotic Adoxa because she said I'd been on it long enough. Well behold my face two days later, it had already started breaking out again. It's been almost a week and I'm embarrassed to leave the house without heavy foundation, and even that won't cover it. I try not to wear face makeup as often as I can but I just can't go out looking like this... I wash my face every morning and every evening and don't eat that terribly. I keep my hands off my face and use spot treatment gel. At home remedies, vitamins, things that you've had luck with...ANYTHING will help. PLEASE, it would truly mean the world to me.
