American Embassy Kuwait Playing Cards?

I have a set of playing cards with with a gold eagle same symbol as on the 1 dollar bill. the eagle with the little stars on it. the cards are blue still in package. never been opened. Think they were produced by liberty playing card company. Are they worth anything or how can i get them appraised. They say american Embassy Kuwait on the front.
