I feel so guilty about lying!!?

I feel so guilty because my mom told me not to say anything about something to anyone. Low and behold I told one person and it got around and my mom knows but all she knows is that I said maybe I was switching schools when I really said I for sure am. So I feel so guilty because I lied and I need advice!
