Cant clear barracks room because of crack in wall and I ETS this week!?

I am supposed to go on terminal leave this Friday and when i went to get my barracks room checked by a civilian barracks manager (there are no army managers) there was a crack that he didn't see on pre-inspection and wont sign my clearing orders till he can get a carpenter to appraise it which he said could take weeks. Is there any way at all i can still clear and be charged later? there are still no charges against me that are preventing me from leaving just a stamp i need for my DD 214. Any hep would be great. i would love to return home this week. (82nd)
