Injury reoccurring from swimming?

About ten months ago I hurt my knee, I think during breast stroke. I saw a doctor and physical therapist for four months to heal it, ultimately it felt better. I was told no breast stroke for a looong time. they never were sure exactly what was wrong because neither ordered an MRI. They said it could be mcl, meniscus, or plica, but that if pt helped I'd be fine. Well, a few days ago I accidentally kicked one breaststroke kick while trying to get back to the surface.Now, my knee hurts again in the exact same place! Could this be from the ONE breaststroke kick or just because I started swimming again? Please, any advice would be great!

i have been with my gf for almost 1 year and 2 months. we broke up after i found out she had been emailing an old friend from highschool. it's not the fact that she had been emailing him, but she kept it from me for 3 months. what i dont understand is we are both VERY jealous people and we agreed to never keep anything from eachother, let alone talk to guys/girls without letting eachother know. she left her login information on my computer on accident, and i swear i had suspiciions because of how distant she was being with me. then i just had to look for myself. behold, there were emails that went back 3 months. when i confronted her, she totally denied it and said i was crazy and it was all in my head and she would never do anything like that to me. then i printed out the emails to prove to her, but by that time, we argued so much that she left me because i didn't believe her. we broke up and after a week, she called my work because i changed my number so she wouldnt be able to get a hold of me. she cried and cried and told me how sorry she was and she was wrong. she said she left me in the moment because she was so mad that all we did was argue, but when she realized that she was wrong for keeping things from me, she couldnt live with herself without apologizing. i took her back. my problem now is trusting her. she said she had a huge reality check and she would never do anything to hurt me or keep anything from me again. i hate that im still not completely over this, but how can i get over it and trust her again? i want to believe she will never do it again. she owned up to a lot of things that i didnt even know about. but now, im paranoid she'll do it again. she said she learned her lesson and she never wants to lose me again. she now tells me if a guy even says hi or talks to her...like she said someone she knew from highschool came into her work and she just wanted me to know because i told her to never keep anything from me again...what if i can never get over it? living with doubt is such an uncomfortable feeling ever....what do i do? :(

My kids had cradle cap until they were quite old...I know for a fact I was scraping it off my 13 year olds head only a year or two ago! It's hard to tell when you aren't really washing their hair anymore (between ages 6-8). For my oldest daughter, I used medicated dandruff shampoo (almost like a tar shampoo prescribed by her pediatrician) and it smelled awful! For my next two I used Paul Mitchell Baby Don't Cry shampoo. My sisters and niece are hairdressers and they suggested I try it. It did the trick. Wash your sons hair with the shampoo, scrubbing as you rinse. Then with a fine comb, literally scrape the scalp to get the dead skin off. Keep using the Paul Mitchell and keep combing and it should come under control. If that doesn't work after a week or two, ask your doctor.

Is there any government help for home SELLERS?

I am trying to sell my home. I bought at the height of the bubble, and when it burst, my home immediately went under water. I've owned my home for 6 years now and still, my home is worth less than I paid for it. Now, I want to sell it to get out of my mortgage and downsize to something smaller. The problem is, my house will not be appraised for the amount I NEED just to break even with the bank and pay seller's fees and closing costs. Cant clear barracks room because of crack in wall and I ETS this week!?

Xbox360 question, transferring saved data?

I'm getting a new white xbox because my old one broke. Last year was my very first encounter with a homeless man. I've seen them in film and on the news and stuff, but never in person. My whole life I grew up sheltered, as a member of the top percent of society, only going to private schools, and living in gated communities. I rarely leave the house. The only time I see poor people (earning less than $250,000 a year) is when I go shopping, when I travel, or they come to my estate to work. Of course, it's always in a very limited capacity. So, anyway, my father and I were walking to our hotel in NYC and lo and behold, the little sh*t asked me for money, and touched my arm! I felt like my arm was going to burn off. I cried! My father pulled me close, and pushed the man away so I wouldn't get hurt. The guy must have been drunk and fell to the ground. He was fine though. But for some reason, while he was on the ground, I had this DEEP urge to step on the man's face. I imagined my heel going right through his eye. Of course I didn't do anything because that would cross my personal ethics. I'm NOT violent. Still, that event has blossomed into hatred for the masses. Since, I have had a recurrent nightmare involving poor people scaling my fence and pillaging our beautiful home... led by the homeless man from NYC. As a consequence, I have developed a deep mistrust of our help, people I have known for years now seem so alien. Sometimes I catching myself smiling when I see poor people begging on the side of the road. I've even swerved toward puddles with my Mercedes to splash people when they are walking on the WRONG side of the road. I talked to my sister about my feelings. She said I am a "misanthrope" and that I should go to a soup kitchen or something. But I don't think I am any different from anyone else I know. They ALL talk about how pathetic the underclasses are and the need to bring in more and more immigrants into the country, so that the "middle class" will be forced to work for near nothing. This makes sense to me, as most Americans are commodities that THINK they are worth more than they actually are. I don't think I am special. On the contrary, I think all humans are rats without tails. I've considered donating money to Planned Parenthood for abortions, as the whole world is covered with these unfortunate people, and seem to be growing at an alarming rate. Now I am feeling really guilty for these feelings, confused too, but I also feel liberated in a way. I feel like I've uncovered some great Truth. I'd like to get to the root of my feelings. So long story short, I had a garage sale on 6/4 at my mother's house and sold a large shop fan to one of her neighbor's for $75.00. Christian Counseling Career and Education Questions?

I have been looking into a career in Christian Counseling. Some also call it a Lay Counselor. I would really like to work in a Church and counsel there. I have found an accredited school through the military. I am an Army Wife using the Post 9/11 GI Bill and they found a University that is accredited and real. The degree I'm interested in is a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counseling. Its a Non-Clinical Counseling Degree. From what I understand from the N.C.C.A, (National Christian Counselor Association) I would then be able to go through them, once I've completed the Bachelor Degree, and work on a Masters Degree and then could take the test for certification. I am curious if anyone has dones this? If there are any Christian Counselors out there, on here, that could give me any advice or information? The University the Military pointed me to is, Mid-Continent University. From some research I've done, certification requirements for Christian Counseling, vary from state to state. This is why I think it would be best to move forward in receiving my Masters degree. I really would like to be a Christian Counselor. I do NOT want to be a regular Psychiatrist, Psycologist, or Counselor. I really want it to be a Christian based counseling job. Anyone have any tips or advice? From what I understand, you do not have to have a "clinical" education when it involves the Church. That if we felt as though a person needed more professional help, we would help facilitate that, refer them to one and help them get the help they need. I really, really love this. When I installed a second hard drive, the exact same kind I already have, it started giving me a screen at boot where it says no raid devices and gives a list of drives and their capacity. Sometimes my computer freezes up at that screen and '1' '2' and '3' are lit up on the computer. The problem is that in order to fill out the form on Facebook to have the pictures removed again I have to have the exact URL for the pictures that I want removed. I cannot get the URL of the pictures as the person has deleted me from their friends list. Nor do I know any on their friends list that could tell me it. Yet, I know that the pictures are still there. This is very frustrating. What can I do to get these pictures removed for good? Any help would be great.

First off I'm not the type of person who falls in love with a home before he buys it. To me it's not smart as this is the biggest purchase of your life. Kind of how they say it's not smart to go to the grocery store when you're hungry-you'll spend more because you see more things that look good while you're hungry. That said, I've never been in a hugely contested bidding war. If I was I'd probably say 'screw it-let the vulchers have it since there are tons of other places for sale' and I want a bargain that just happens to have the things I want in it. There are lots of those IMO and with my attitude I'll still get all that I want but not spend through the nose. I do have a taste for homes that are in fairly high demand so I've found it's best to get my realtor to send me the MLSs as soon as places hit the market. It's the quickest way to learn what's new. If you're fast enough you'll beat the rush. I make a decent offer, require the seller answer quickly (usually withing 36-48 hours or I'll pull the offer) and that pressures the seller to either agree to sell it to me or tells me they still want to play the field and aren't really serious about someone taking the place off their hands immediately-which to some sellers is a huge bonus just to get the whole deal over with. Everyone has their own strategy. Some strategies work better than others depending on the situation. I know you may love the house you're bidding on but don't lose sight of the fact that there are many more options on the market for you. You don't have to chase your desires with extra money.

My spell check on my word document has stopped working. What should I do?

I was typing up a report in my word document, when I got to a word I was having difficulty with, I knew I was spelling it wrong, but my spell checker wasn't underlining it, and when I looked down at the symbol on the bottom of the page, next to the word count and page count, it had a blue check mark on it, but since I had spelled something wrong, it should have had a red x, which it didn't. So I go to my language settings, and I go to my "set proofing language" and I click on it and low and behold there is a check mark next to the option "do not check spelling and grammar". I am sitting there going "wtf" and I unmark the option and click ok. But my spell checker is still not working, so I go back to my "set proofing language" and by God, the option for "do not check spelling or grammar" is once again set. I unmark it yet again, but this time I click set as default, thinking that it might help. Every time, I get done resetting it, it reverts back to "do not check spelling or grammar", and it refuses to check my spelling. Could you help me get my spell checker working again?

What should I color my hair?

I have right below my shoulder length, naturally wavy hair. It's natural color is medium brown (not a light color but not TOO dark) with very faint auburn highlights (natural) I feel only I can see. I have somewhat tan skin because I get tan easily. I don't have an insane amount but I do have freckles on my cheeks. I have dark brown eyes. I'd like to dye my hair. What Would You Do In This Situation?

I've had a horrible sinus condition for months that has greatly impacted my quality of life. Yesterday I finally had an appointment with an ENT specialist. It was difficult getting it because he has a small private practice and it seems he doesn't even work full time. Well, I dropped off my prescription at Stop&Shop pharmacy on the way home and told them I'd pick it up tomorrow. (I had already taken medication that day). When I went to pick it up today they told me that had no record of me dropping off the prescription. They were quite rude and acted like they doubted I even dropped it off. I felt completely on the defensive. The pharmacist tried calling the doctor but he wasn't in and has no emergency service. I felt horrible. I've been miserably sick for months, and I'd had hope that I would be able to at least experience some relief from my pain. The attitudes of the people did not help. They were arguing with me and being rude in front of a line of customers standing behind me which was embarrassing. I went and found the manager and he went to investigate the situation. He called me back on my cell and told me they had no record of me dropping off a prescription there. Again, I could totally tell from his attitude that he didn't think I dropped it off there at all. He kind of acted like it wasn't their problem. I got upset and started to cry on the phone. So he offered me a twenty-five dollar gift card and then went up to fifty. I told him I didn't want it but I have family members that probably will which is true...I can't be bought but they sure as hell can. Right now I have been crying off and on, I have been suffering so much and I'm not even assured I'm going to be able to get hold of the ENT on Monday because he's so hard to catch. I emailed the corporate headquarters of Stop & Shop to appraise them of what happened and told them I really think they need to have customer sign a registry when they drop off a prescription. We got served last week by sherriff the letter starting the foreclosure process. We have an ARM which is due to go up Jan 2011. We met with a lawyer 2 days ago that said if we file chapter 13 and our house appraises less than we owe on the first mortgage, that we can strip the 2nd and keep the house. My husband said that the lawyer told him our rate would not adjust during the time of repayment in the chapter 13. Is this true? I had to leave the meeting early so I did not hear this. Severely enlarged tonsils with no pain?

Me and everybody that knows me have agreed that my tonsils are probably the gnarliest, nastiest looking tonsils they've ever seen. Not pus wise. My left one is pretty in flamed and has signs of yellowish streaks on it. Weird not clumps or balls of food just like yellowish whitish streaks all over the tonsil but its not that noticeable unless i look real closely in the mirror. The left one is not the problem. Although the right is one is so huge that it is literally dipped into my throat probably halfway, well at least thats how it feels. It is one huge puffy not hard but firm tonsil but when it ends on the bottom is another pink colored firm fleshy tonsil looking growth. They are both the exact same size almost and same color texture almost as if it is made of the same tissue/tonsil. But it is one then it gets a little smaller and another tonsil-looking lump hanging from it in to my throat. It doesnt hurt at all ever, not even to swallow. But it does feel like I have something lodged in my throat and it feels irritating to swallow saliva because nothing makes the feeling go away. Eventually it goes away on its own for a little while and comes back. Then sometimes I have trouble breathing through my mouth so it seems. It hurts if I press on it from the outside under my chin on the side under my jaw like on the neck you can feel the right one since it is so inflamed. I cant really see no pus on the right one but the other day I gargled salt water with a few drops of lime juice and I coughed up to little mushy yellow balls. They looked like tonsil stones but when I saw them I immediately squooshed them with my fingers to feel the texture. They easily pulverized into a mashed potato like substance that smelled awful. These were probably tonsil stones, I dont know. But the problem remains the super huge right tonsil. That looks like a pair of testicles almost. Im 17 I used to smoke cigarettes for almost a year, stupid of me ******* myself up so young, came to my senses and stopped. Hopefully the damage hasnt been officially done and its far away from cancer of the throat. But still I want these gone. Ive been prescribed ampicillin, penicillin (oral & injection), amoxicillin, salt & lemon gargles nothing works. I even went to an ancient mexican healer that healed swollen tonsils by "breaking" some nerves in the neck and arm. (last resort) My father was healed that way and never had problems with his tonsils ever again. But it did not work on me. Some doctors recommend a tonsillectomy but honestly i dont want to get rid of my tonsils, not so much because I need them but Im the kind of person that doesnt like something being ripped out of his body unless its a life and death situation. Im thinking of homeopathy. I dont know, what other options do I have?

Lender is telling me I need to fix up the house before it can be appraised?

I am convinced my lender is an idiot, and my realtor agrees. She's telling me that before the house can go into closing it needs to be appraised. But before it can be appraised and before it is even in my name, I need to fix it up. Put new carpet in, a washer and dryer, a range(which was in the contract to stay but the people took it) and paint the walls. Why would I fix up a house that isn't even mine? Ok sorry this will probably be long, but here it goes! I have been TTC for 2 yrs with my husband, after 6 months of nothing, I went 80 days without a period and went to see my OBGYN. He put me on Clomid to make me ovulate and low and behold we got pregnant after the first month (1yr after starting to TTC) I then miscarried at 6 weeks and 3 days, my OBGYN told me this could be normal and to just keep trying. We got pregnant again 2 months later and miscarried at 6 weeks to the day. My OBGYN then told me when I get preg agian that I was going to be using progesterone suppositories to boost my hormone levels up in an effort to keep the baby. We got preg for the 3rd time and lost again at 6 weeks 4 days! My doctor now gave me 11 different deficiency blood test and my husband and I had to go through chromosome testing. but the problem I am having is that the chromosome testing takes about 5 months to come back and it has only been a month and i am already going crazy and don't know if I can last until October to find out if we can even ever have children as a couple! I guess I am just looking for some positive feedback in regards to people whom may have gone through this and eventually had the blessing of a child. All my life I knew all I really wanted was children and now that I am married, financially stable and have a great home and life, it seems like it will never happen! I can't remember what my OBGYN told me the percentage was of couples whom can never have children due to mismatched chromosomes, and I am praying with everything that I am, that this will not be the case. But I feel like I am losing hope, I have even gotten to the point when I see or hear about someone becoming pregnant I feel hatred and unfairness, especially when they do not want children to begin with.
