What's the difference between ninja gaiden iii and ninja gaiden razors edge?

i need to know is the ninja gaden 3 going to be the same exact thing as the the xbox port if so i will hate ninja gaiden for that i really dont want more for ps3 and less for xbox i hate that but please help if they are only concentrating on ps3 version only
